make a file ie.css:

Then in «IE > Internet options > Accessibility» (for russian «Сервис / Свойства браузера / Общие / Оформление»), I checked «Ignore font styles», «Format documents using my style sheet» and specified my file path\ie.css by clicking «browsing» button.
